These T&Cs are agreed between H2i Guirled (hereinafter "the Seller") and any non-professional natural person (hereinafter "the Customer").
ARTICLE 1 – Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (referred to as "T&Cs") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales made by the Seller to non-professional buyers ("the Customer") wishing to purchase the products offered for sale ("the Products") on the website https://www.guirled.com.
Products concerned (non-exhaustive): LED string lights, festoon lights, solar lights, balls/cotton, accessories, modules, remote controls, spare parts and related consumables.
The essential characteristics of the Products (specifications, illustrations, dimensions, capacities, etc.) are presented on the website. The Customer is required to review them before placing any order.
Colour variations: Certain references (particularly balls/cotton) may show slight colour variations compared to the visuals, both within a production run and between different production runs, due to the manufacturing process. The Seller endeavours to offer colours as true to life as possible.
The selection and purchase of a Product is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Offers are valid while stocks last. The T&Cs are available at any time on the website and take precedence over any contradictory document. The Customer declares having read and accepted the T&Cs by ticking the relevant box during the ordering process.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Seller's information system constitutes proof of all transactions.
Sales/delivery areas: France, European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and French overseas territories (DOM-TOM) (subject to eligibility displayed in the basket).
For any order shipped outside the European Union and outside the French overseas territories: invoicing excluding tax (net) may apply in accordance with applicable regulations, and any customs duties / local taxes / import charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
ARTICLE 2 – Prices
The Products are supplied at the prices in effect on the website at the time the order is placed. Prices are expressed in euros, inclusive of tax (and, where applicable, exclusive of tax).
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the Product will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Prices do not include processing, dispatch, transport and delivery charges, which are invoiced in addition and stated before order confirmation. An invoice is issued and provided to the Customer (in electronic or paper format according to the website's procedures).
ARTICLE 3 – Orders
The Customer selects the desired Products on the website, adds them to the basket and may modify or remove them before final confirmation. The sale is considered concluded after full payment of the price.
The Customer is required to check the accuracy of the order and report any errors immediately. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of an existing dispute regarding the payment of a previous order or in the event of suspected fraud.
The Customer can track the progress of their order via their account (if available) or via the tracking information provided. Cancellation by the Customer is only possible before dispatch/delivery (without prejudice to the provisions relating to the right of withdrawal).
ARTICLE 4 – Payment terms
The price is payable in full at the time of placing the order, by secure payment according to the methods offered on the website:
- Payment by bank card
- Payment by PayPal
- Payment by bank transfer (details provided at the time of order, where applicable)
- Payment in 3 or 4 instalments from €100 up to €3,000 with Oney Bank (subject to eligibility)
Payments made by the Customer shall only be considered final upon actual receipt of the amounts due by the Seller. The Seller is not obliged to deliver the Products if the price has not been paid in full.
Payment in 3x / 4x: offered via Oney Bank for eligible orders. Detailed conditions (acceptance, payment schedule, any special conditions) are presented when selecting the payment method.
Information provided: no additional fees (subject to the current offer and eligibility at the time of the order).
ARTICLE 5 – Deliveries
Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer when placing the order. Deliveries are carried out by UPS: UPS Access Point, UPS Standard (home delivery) and UPS Express.
Estimated delivery time: Delivery within a maximum of 3 days for mainland France (indicative timeframe that may vary depending on business periods, carrier incidents or force majeure).

UPS Express: Available depending on destination (price shown when ordering). Indicative price: €9.90 (if available for the Customer's destination).
Delivery consists of the transfer to the Customer of the physical possession or control of the Product. Unless one or more Products are unavailable, Products are delivered in a single shipment.
In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 15 days after the estimated date (excluding force majeure or fault of the Customer), the Customer may request cancellation of the sale and a refund of the amounts paid under the conditions provided by consumer law.
The Customer is required to check the condition of the delivered Products. They have a period of 14 days from delivery to submit a complaint by email to support@guirled.com (photos recommended). After this period, the Products are deemed to be in conformity and free from any apparent defect.
Refused parcel / incorrect address / non-collection from access point: If the parcel is returned for any of these reasons, the return costs (equivalent to the original shipping cost) will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
Signed delivery / after-sales case: In the event of a dispute (parcel reported as not received, etc.), an investigation may be carried out. A possible reshipment may be decided on a case-by-case basis by the after-sales service.
ARTICLE 6 – Transfer of ownership
The transfer of ownership of the Products from the Seller to the Customer shall only take place upon full payment of the price, regardless of the delivery date.
ARTICLE 7 – Right of withdrawal & returns
In accordance with consumer law, the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from a distance contract, without having to justify their decision. The period runs from receipt of the goods.
Exercising the right of withdrawal:
- via the withdrawal form in the appendix; or
- via any unambiguous statement expressing the wish to withdraw (email or letter).

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions…), allowing for their resale. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products may be refused or subject to depreciation.
Depreciation / deduction: If the Product is not returned in a condition that allows resale as new, a deduction may be applied. Depreciation is assessed based on the condition of the Product and its ability to be resold (as new or second-hand). The refund will be adjusted accordingly. If the Product is deemed unsaleable, the Seller may refuse the refund. The Customer will be informed in writing.
Return costs: For any order over €20, return costs are covered by Guirled for the European Union and Switzerland, except for individual products (ball, USB extension, single string light, USB adapter, remote control, etc.) and refurbished products, for which return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Personalised products: Personalised products may be returned, but return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.
The refund (or exchange subject to availability) will be made within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned Products, subject to the return being compliant.
ARTICLE 8 – Seller's liability – Guarantees
8.1 Statutory guarantees
The Products benefit from statutory guarantees: statutory guarantee of conformity (Consumer Code) and guarantee against hidden defects (Civil Code). To assert their rights, the Customer must inform the Seller in writing (email or letter) of the non-conformity or hidden defects upon their discovery.
The Seller will refund, replace or repair Products or parts under guarantee deemed non-conforming or defective within a maximum of 60 days. Shipping/return costs may be covered depending on the applicable conditions and upon presentation of supporting documents.
8.2 Limitations
The Seller's liability cannot be held in particular in the event of: non-compliance with the legislation of the delivery country; improper use; professional use; negligence; lack of maintenance; normal wear and tear; accident; force majeure; minor colour differences or discrepancies between visuals and the product received.
8.3 Guirled commercial warranty – 3 years (purchase on guirled.com)
Products purchased on www.guirled.com benefit from a contractual commercial warranty of 3 years, in addition to statutory guarantees. This extension is valid only for purchases made directly on the Guirled website (not applicable to third-party websites / marketplaces).
1st year: Full coverage (excluding misuse). Coverage of technical/electronic/mechanical malfunctions. Batteries, solar panels, circuit boards, remote controls, connectors: covered. Returns and reshipment: covered by Guirled.
2nd year: Limited warranty (excluding consumables and batteries). Design/manufacturing/electronic defects remain covered. No longer covered: remote control batteries, rechargeable batteries (e.g.: 18650), cotton balls (wear/discolouration/compression), and consumables in general.
Water resistance: Water resistance is guaranteed for up to 2 years maximum. Beyond this, water ingress is not covered.
3rd year (extension): Coverage is non-mandatory and limited, reserved for design defects rendering the product completely unusable without any external cause. Consumables (batteries, cells, balls, solar panels, LEDs, etc.) are not covered. Return costs may be the responsibility of the Customer. Photos/videos may be requested for validation.
Exclusions (all years): accidental breakage, severed cable, torn/overstretched product, impact/fall, unauthorised opening, modification/repair by an unauthorised third party, improper use, inadequate storage/use of batteries.
ARTICLE 9 – Personal data
The personal data requested from the Customer is necessary for processing orders, invoicing and customer service. It may be shared with service providers involved in the execution, processing, management and payment of orders (transport, payment, etc.).
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer has rights regarding their data (access, rectification, objection, etc.) which they can exercise by contacting support@guirled.com.
ARTICLE 10 – Intellectual property
The content of the website (texts, images, graphics, logos, etc.) is the property of the Seller and/or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited and may constitute an offence of counterfeiting.
ARTICLE 11 – Applicable law – Language
These T&Cs and the transactions arising from them are governed by and subject to French law.
The T&Cs are drafted in French. In the event of a translation, only the French text shall prevail in the event of a dispute.
ARTICLE 12 – Disputes – Complaints – Mediation
For any complaint, the Customer is invited to contact customer service: support@guirled.com.
The Customer is also informed that they may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show
Consumer mediation:
To date, the Seller has not appointed a consumer mediator. In the event of a persistent difficulty, the Customer is invited to seek an amicable resolution by contacting customer service first, then, if necessary, to use the European ODR platform above, or to refer the matter to the competent courts under ordinary law.
All disputes arising from purchase and sale transactions concluded under these T&Cs, which have not been settled amicably, shall be referred to the competent courts.
