Attention: If you wish to store your string lights in winter, it is advisable to do so at the end of the day, when the solar panel has had the opportunity to fully charge. Once this removal is done, don't forget to press the OFF button (lights off) to avoid any risk of battery discharge. The degradation of the balls during the lifespan of the string lights is not covered by the warranty. We advise securing it with as many attachment points as possible (at least 4 for 16 balls and 8 for 32). Do not attach the string lights to a moving branch, as it may break with the wind. Do not hang the string lights only by the two ends, as they may sag under their own weight or due to wind/rain.

- How does the solar panel work?
The solar panel connected to the garland is IP55 waterproof, has a built-in lithium battery, and operates automatically during the day and night. During the day, the panel charges the battery and the garland is off. At night, the garland lights up by itself. The duration of lighting at night depends on the sunlight received during the day.
- Can I turn off the garland myself?
Of course, there is a button behind the solar panel that allows you to choose between a light intensity of 100%, 50%, or to turn off the garland.
- I would like to create my own color set, is that possible?
Absolutely, there is a custom personalization service just for you, simple and quick, that allows you to create the garland you want. It costs the same! Click here to customize your garland.
- Is it possible to leave the garland outside all year round?
Yes, it withstands rain, snow, strong winds, and intense sunlight, but be careful that all these elements reduce its lifespan a bit. For optimal lifespan, it is advisable to protect it in winter. All our garlands are guaranteed for 3 years against technical defects.
