- Can we use another USB power adapter other than the one from Guirled?
Of course, any 5V USB power source can safely power the garland. Your phone charger, a television, a computer, a power bank, etc.
- How to enter night light mode?
To put your garland into night light mode and turn it off after 2 hours, simply press the 2H button on the remote for 2 seconds.
- I would like to create my own color set, is it possible?

- Why does the Guirled power adapter have two USB ports?
The two USB ports on the power adapter allow you, if needed, to connect a second garland or to charge a phone, for example. Very practical, you’ll see!
- Why does my Air Control garland blink when turned on?
The Air Control garland (model with remote) blinks slowly to indicate it cannot find the remote. To resynchronize the remote, plug in your garland and hold the on/off button until the garland blinks twice quickly. It should now work normally; if not, repeat the process.
